💼 Your Impact
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will take ownership of your assigned territory, developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
This is a highly autonomous, client-facing role focused on business development, relationship management, and revenue growth within industrial and manufacturing environments.
You will work directly with manufacturers, biotech companies, industrial plants, engineering teams, and technical buyers across your territory.
🔥 What You’ll Do
Build and grow your own B2B sales territory.
Prospect and develop new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct on-site customer visits to identify needs and present customized technical solutions.
Develop long-term relationships with industrial and manufacturing clients.
Grow existing accounts while actively opening new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Represent Venair at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and long-term account retention.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, Biotechnology, or similar).
1+ years of experience in B2B sales (industrial, technical, biomedical or manufacturing environments is a plus).
Strong hunter mentality with experience generating new business opportunities.
Experience with cold calling, pipeline development, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + performance bonus structure.
Total Compensation: $64,000–$85,000/year based on experience.
