Our Merrimack team is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys B2B sales, new business development, and territory management.

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow and manage a B2B territory across industrial and manufacturing clients.
This is a client-facing, field sales role focused on:
building new business
managing accounts
driving revenue growth
If you enjoy hunting for new opportunities, meeting customers on-site, and closing deals, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
Develop and grow your assigned sales territory
Prospect new clients (cold calls, networking, referrals)
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → closing
Visit customers on-site and present technical solutions
Build long-term relationships with industrial clients
Grow existing accounts while opening new business
Prepare quotes, follow up, and negotiate deals
Track pipeline and activity in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or similar)
1+ year of B2B sales experience (industrial/technical preferred)
Strong hunter mentality and new business focus
Experience with cold calling and pipeline development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + performance bonus
Total compensation: $60K – $70K/year
