Sales Executive – Technical B2B Sales (Pune Office | North India)
This position involves field-based technical sales, working closely with industrial customers, OEMs, and engineering companies, managing the full sales cycle and actively developing new business.

🔎 What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Sales Executive – Technical B2B Sales to be based in our Pune office, responsible for developing sales activities across North India.
💼 Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers within assigned territories.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, customer visits, needs analysis, quotations, and follow-up.
Promote and sell technical and industrial products to manufacturing, biotech, pharma, and food industry clients.
Conduct regular customer visits across the region.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or technical products).
Experience selling to OEMs, engineering firms, or manufacturing companies preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
Valid driving license required.
Pune-based candidates preferred.
